In between there will be roaming the California coast from Santa Barbara to Solvang, Paso Robles to Monterey. My cameras and notepads are at the ready, and I’m jonesing for adventure.

After all, cardboard and plastic aren’t as protective as a glass bottle in safeguarding wine. This is something that I’ve felt in my gut, but I’m glad to see that it’s been confirmed by the wine peeps at UCD. My head may never unswell.

We at Vegas Wineaux try very hard not to give the impression that we’re wine snobs. But when news breaks that it takes a little extra care to keep boxed wine fresh and drinkable, our noses immediately shoot up into snooty territory.
