No surprise here – I forgot to add a couple of extra days onto my plans for upgrading to my new Mac Mini. Let’s just say that I had an unplanned issue with a few cables that were *uncooperative.* You gotta love technology!
That said, November is going to be another overhaul/ construction month. While I’m more or less sort of happy with the way the site turned out in September, the mobile iteration is not what I expected, not even on my brand new, already-beloved iPhone Xs Max. It’s fine on tablets, but if I don’t like the way it looks, I’ll have to clean it up and make it pretty. Fortunately, since I’m an old-school nerd, I don’t mind.
That means that in order for this site to display the way that I want it to, I’m going to have to do some more tweaking (major construction), and while I think it should take only about half a day, realistically it will probably be about three. Just as when I moved into Casa Wineaux TWO YEARS AGO (can you believe it?!?), each project will take twice as long as planned. Fortunately, budget is not an issue. Thank goodness for small favors!
Before that happens, there are more articles to publish! Naturally, as long as there are events in Vegas, I’m going to try my darnedest to attend them! I have a couple that I need to report on, and I have great photos to go along with them.
